The cost of sending the purchased item back to NAID’s is your responsibility however we cater for the cost of sending the exchanged item back to you.
We strongly suggest that you make use of reputable delivery services and get tracking on your returns for proof of delivery. Items that don’t reach us safely can’t be exchanged or returned.
In order to find you in our database, please include your order number and full name inside the returned package and also in an email sent to email@example.com. Issues with sizing can only be exchanged. Refunds only cater for errors made by us.
